Which sales teams do you train in Karnataka?
I mostly train teams in real estate, hospitals, colleges and companies. In all four, an enquiry is easy to lose if nobody follows it up properly.
Real estate presales and site teams
Take a family that visits a site on Sunday and likes the flat. Nobody calls for a week, and by then a channel partner has shown them another project. I train presales and site teams to run the first call and the site visit well, then follow up.
Hospitals and IVF centres
In healthcare, much of the selling happens at the front desk. Say someone calls about a procedure, asks the cost and hangs up, and nobody takes their name. I train front desk staff and patient counsellors to follow up gently because patients are often anxious.
Colleges and admissions counsellors
A parent calls and asks only about fees. If the counsellor just gives a number, the parent compares numbers. I train admissions teams to ask about the student first, then guide the family from enquiry to campus visit to admission.
Companies and SMEs
Here I train sales teams and the managers who run them. For training beyond sales, see corporate training in Mysuru.
What does your sales team get instead of a motivational talk?
Your team gets tools for the next call. A motivational talk feels good on Monday and is forgotten by Thursday.
- Scripts written for your product, your prices and the questions your customers ask every day.
- Workbooks your team fills in during the session, with their own leads and numbers.
- Methodologies, a step-by-step way to handle the first call, the follow-up and the close.
- Hands-on practice on situations from your own business, so the scripts get tried in the room before they’re used on a customer.
I specialise in making complicated concepts easy to understand with very basic examples. “Objection handling” sounds big, but much of it is what your salesperson says when a customer replies, “I’ll think about it.”
Training fades if nothing around it changes. So when a team needs it, I also build the system behind it, for example a lead register and a weekly review. See sales systems and process implementation.
How does a sales training programme work?
Each programme is built for your company, so the details change. It usually runs like this.
- I sit with your CEO, HR head and L&D head to understand the targets and the people, and we agree how to measure progress.
- I write the scripts, workbook and exercises around your products and customers.
- You choose the delivery. I come to your office in Mysuru or anywhere in Karnataka, run it live on Zoom, or give your team a recorded, self-paced course.
- In longer programmes, we check the agreed numbers and adjust the scripts.
The format can be a one-time workshop, monthly coaching through the year, or one-to-one coaching for the owner or sales head.
What will your sales team learn?
Your team learns what to say and do at each stage, from first enquiry to close. I pick topics based on where you’re losing customers.
- Answering a new enquiry, and how fast the first call or WhatsApp reply goes out
- Asking the right questions before pitching anything
- Handling objections such as price, “send me details” and “I’ll discuss at home”
- How often to follow up, and what to say on the fourth call
- Running a site visit, consultation or campus visit so it ends with a clear next step
- Asking for the booking or the admission without sounding pushy
- Daily reporting and a weekly review routine for sales heads
If the real problem is too few leads, see my marketing strategy for businesses.
Does your team need sales training or sales coaching?
Choose training if the whole team needs one shared way of selling. Choose coaching if a sales head or owner needs regular help with real numbers.
Sales training is for a group, so everyone uses the same scripts and follow-up rules. Sales coaching is month-by-month work with one person, such as the owner or the sales head, on their real leads. It suits a skilled sales head who needs someone to review the pipeline and keep the habits in place.
Often it’s both. Training sets the method and coaching makes it stick. If the trouble is bigger than sales, say unclear roles or an owner still doing every job, that’s business coaching in Mysuru.
How much does sales training cost in Mysuru?
My programmes start from ₹30,000 and go up to ₹20 lakh per annum. A short workshop for one team sits at the lower end. A year-long programme with monthly coaching, several teams and systems work sits at the higher end.
Four things change the price.
- The number of people and teams
- One workshop, or a programme across the year
- Training alone, or training plus building your sales system
- How much material I write for your products and languages
The first consultation is free. After it I share a proposal, so you know the cost before you commit.
Do you train sales teams in Kannada, and outside Mysuru?
Yes to both. I train in Kannada, English, Hindi and Urdu, and I travel for in-person training across Karnataka, Bengaluru included. My office is on KD Road (Kalidasa Road), Mysuru.
Many good salespeople in Karnataka think in Kannada. Train them only in English and they nod along in the room, then go back to their own words on the phone. So scripts can be written in the language your team speaks with customers.
Locally, I’m a member of BNI, Rotary, JCI, RMB, JCOM and The Mysuru Club.
Which organisations have you worked with?
I’ve worked with these organisations across training, coaching and consulting.
- Real estate: Atharva Realty & Co
- Hospitals and healthcare: Bhanavi Hospital, Santhasa IVF
- Education: Cauvery Institutions, Daksha College
- Companies and SMEs: Amacs India, Amay India, Dhathu Enterprises, Meraki Gifting
- Associations: MAHAN, Rotary Mysore West
Across my clients, the systems I’ve built and the trainings I’ve conducted have improved productivity by 10% to 50%. It varies by client, so I won’t promise you a figure. We’ll agree what to measure first.
Awards and recognition
I’ve been awarded and felicitated by Rotary Mysore West, NAREDCO, LeadsGuru, Rotary Means Business (RMB) Mysore Chapter, JCOM Mysore Chapter and the MAHAN association. I’m a Certified Digital Marketer by Google, and co-founder and Chief Branding Officer of Atharva Branding Businesses in Mysuru. Read more about Mohammed Bilal Siddiqui.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a sales trainer cost in Mysore?
My sales training programmes start from ₹30,000 and go up to ₹20 lakh per annum. The price depends on scope: the number of people and teams, one workshop or a programme across the year, whether I also build your sales system, and how much material I write. The first consultation is free, and you’ll know the cost before you commit.
How long does a sales training programme take?
Anything from a single workshop to monthly coaching through the year, with a short series of sessions in between. A workshop suits one clear skill gap. Monthly coaching suits habits like follow-up that take time. I fix the length with your CEO, HR head and L&D head once I understand the targets.
Can you train our team online, or do you come to our office?
Both. I train in person at your office in Mysuru and anywhere in Karnataka, and live on Zoom for teams anywhere else. Recorded, self-paced courses are also available. Every programme is customised to what your CEO, HR head and L&D head need, so we choose the format together after the free first consultation.
Do you conduct sales training in Kannada?
Yes. I train in Kannada, English, Hindi and Urdu. Many salespeople in Karnataka are more confident talking to customers in Kannada, so training in the same language saves time and makes the scripts sound natural on a real call. We fix the language in the free first consultation, based on how your team talks to customers.
Which industries do you train sales teams in?
I work most with real estate, hospitals and healthcare, educational institutions and corporates. In practice that means presales and site teams, hospital front desks, college admissions counsellors and company sales teams. Organisations I’ve worked with across training, coaching and consulting include Atharva Realty & Co, Bhanavi Hospital, Santhasa IVF, Cauvery Institutions and Daksha College.
How soon will we see results from sales training?
I don’t promise a date or a number. Your team uses the scripts and workbooks from the first session, so some habits change quickly, while steady follow-up takes weeks and a system behind it. Across clients, my systems and trainings have improved productivity by 10% to 50%. That’s a range from past work, not a promise for your team.
How do we get started?
