What is a business system?
A business system is a written, repeatable way of doing a task, with a clear owner and a simple way to check it was done. Roles, SOPs, checklists, a sales process and a weekly review together let the team run daily work without the owner.
How long does it take to set up business systems?
It depends on the size of the business and how many processes we take up. Most owners start with the two or three processes that cost them the most time or money, then add more. We agree the scope and timeline in the proposal after the free consultation.
Do I need software or automation first?
No. Write and stabilise the process first, then automate it once it works on paper. Automating a messy process only makes the mess faster. When you are ready, my team at Atharva Branding Businesses can set up the automation.
Will my team actually follow the SOPs?
People follow what they helped write and what gets reviewed. That is why we write SOPs with the people who do the work, train them on it, and review every week until it becomes a habit.
How much does business systems coaching cost?
Programmes start from ₹30,000 and go up to ₹20 lakh per annum for year-long work. The fee depends on the number of processes, the team size and how much I build with you. The first consultation is free.
